Adoption Process
We understand that there are many reasons why you might be hesitant to adopt a dog, and we know it's a very difficult decision to make.
If you have any doubts and would simply like to discuss them, please don't hesitate to contact us. A member of our team will be happy to listen and help you make the right decision, or guide you through the adoption process and help you choose the best option.
- We do not charge a replacement fee and do not finance the purchase of dogs requiring replacement.
- We require an adoption fee from new owners. This is to ensure that the people who will welcome the dog are the best fit for its needs. Adopting a dog is a financial commitment, and we want every dog to be considered a full-fledged member of the family.
- Adoption fees are used to cover veterinary care that some dogs require when adopted, including vaccinations, medications, spaying/neutering, dental treatments, and other necessary procedures or expenses.
- We respond to requests the same day. In case of an emergency requiring immediate assistance, please call us directly.

To officially reserve your puppy, a 50% deposit of the adoption fee is required.
This deposit:
* Secures your chosen puppy exclusively for you
* Removes the puppy from public availability
* Begins the adoption preparation process

After your deposit is received:
* Your reservation is confirmed
* We begin preparing health records and adoption documents
* We schedule your preferred pickup or delivery option

We will coordinate everything with you to ensure a smooth handover.
